Customer didn't satisfied with their previous supplier who can't reach their required quality and many problems can't to be solved, although it operated more than two years, so moved the whole project to AKINO.

After got this project, we required and trialed all the plastic molds and die casting dies, we found there are some dimension were out of tolerance, and we fixed the wrong dimensions and assembled it, the result are getting much better than before.

But there are 2 difficult issues: unbalanced levers and plating quality

Unbalanced levers: it connected with the CNC parts, balls and springs, to solve this issue, we have changed the original spring supplier and material to make it harder, after 2 times improvement, the issues to be solved.

Plating quality: We spent 1 month went to the most famous tap chrome town and they suggested us improved the die casting injection gate, then with good polish, finally reached the required quality and satisfied our customer and end customer.

Delivery time: It total ONLY spent 3 months to make this project runs well.
