Project description:

Customer only send us the ID concept to us(need IP65), AKINO helped to do the mechanical design and realize the whole project by mold and production(except the PCBA).

Components: It consists of 6 kind of components( including plastic, silicone, PCBA, battery, cable and packaging ).

Difficulty: It need 1 time ultrasonic welding, laser different QR code and check the right series number.

Delivery time: After two month for mold making and optimization, the final assembled parts were shipped to end user.
