Project description:

Customer only send us the ID concept to us(need IP65), AKINO helped to do the mechanical design and realize the whole project by mold and production(except the PCBA).

Components: It consists of 8 kind of components( including plastic, stamping, silicone, PCBA, battery, spring, screws and packaging ),and all of the parts were sourced by AKINO.

Difficulty: It need 7 times ultrasonic welding, laser different QR code and check the right series number, heat-stacking, soldering the cable.

Delivery time: After two and half month , we optimized all of the parts and shipped the assembled product to customer, and got the highly praise from customer.
